Refund Policy - Deposits
All hair deposits for services received are final, and Kissed By Kiss does not offer any money-back or credit on hair deposits. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a deposit refund under any circumstances.
Refund Policy - Cancellations:
Appointment cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the appointment date, will not incur cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 30mins - 1hr will incur a 30% rebooking fee to their account.
